Alex & Billy
18th October 2025

Welcome to our wedding website! We're so excited to share all the details of our special day with you.
Hosted on Al's family property, our wedding will be a laid-back celebration full of fun, dancing, and a weekend-long party! We have a few logistics to work out and would love your RSVP as soon as possible to help us make everything run smoothly. We’re throwing a party to celebrate our love, and we hope you can join us!
The Night Before
6:30PM | WELCOME BBQ
Join us on Friday evening for a casual welcome BBQ. This will be a great chance for everyone to settle in, mingle, and get ready for the weekend ahead! BYO Drinks.
The Big Day
2:30PM | CEREMONY & RECEPTION
The ceremony will take place on the property in the mid afternoon, followed by the reception right on-site. Expect lots of love, laughter and dancing!
The Morning After
8:30AM | RECOVERY BREKKY
Wind down with us over a relaxed recovery breakfast before heading home. It’s a great opportunity to relive the best moments of the night and say our final goodbyes.
Accomodation
Glamping: We’re organising a glamping area for those who want a bit more comfort during the weekend. The cost for the whole weekend will be $225/head for a spot in a 4-person tent or $265/head for a 2-person tent. Click here to find out more about glamping options.
BYO Camping: There’s plenty of space on the property for you to bring your own van or camping equipment.
Motel or Airbnb: For those preferring to stay off-site, there’s a motel just a 1-minute drive away and Airbnbs in the area. However, accommodations are limited, so please do not book anything yourself. Instead, select this option in your RSVP, and we’ll coordinate the bookings to ensure everyone is accommodated appropriately.
Heading Home: If you’re a local planning to head home—that’s no problem too! Just let us know if you have a designated driver, or if you’d be interested in a shuttle bus back to Lithgow.
We’ll send you more information as we finalise the details!
Location
The wedding will be held at 110 Hampton Road, Hampton NSW—a beautiful spot surrounded by countryside views. Hampton is approximately 3 hours from Wollongong and the Central Coast via the Great Western Highway, 4.5 hours from Ulladulla via the M1 or Taralga Road, and about 4.5 hours from Moruya via the Kings Highway. We recommend carpooling with others to make the trip even more enjoyable and save on travel costs.

Q&A's
What time should I arrive?
The weekend kicks off with a Welcome BBQ on Friday evening. If you’re camping or glamping, you’re welcome to arrive earlier to set up. We’ll provide more detailed timings as we get closer to the date!
Can I come for just the Saturday?
We’ll be kicking off celebrations from Friday to make a full weekend of it, especially for those traveling from afar. That said, we completely understand if locals or others can only make it for the ceremony and reception on Saturday—just let us know in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
What should I wear?
Our wedding will be outdoors on a farm, so we recommend dressy-casual, comfortable attire. Bring a jacket for the cooler evenings/early mornings and comfortable shoes (ladies—think small, sturdy heels!) since the ground might be a bit uneven. Hampton weather can be unpredictable, so it’s best to be prepared for anything!
What’s the plan if it rains?
Hampton can be known to have all four seasons in one day, but don’t worry—we have plans to keep the party going, rain or shine! We recommend bringing a rain jacket or umbrella and some boots just in case, and we’ll have covered areas to keep everyone dry.
Can I bring my kids?
While we’re planning an adult-only celebration to keep the focus on partying and fun, we understand that babies may need to come along. We hope you can still enjoy this as a chance to relax and celebrate with us.
Will food be provided all weekend?
We’ll be providing food at the Welcome BBQ, Reception, and Recovery Breakfast. However, for Saturday morning and lunch, you’ll need to bring your own food (and cooking gear!) to cook in the camping area, or head out for a meal. There’s a pub just down the road, but no other shops in Hampton, so it’s best to stock up on supplies in Katoomba if you’re coming through the mountains, or Oberon if you’re traveling from the Goulburn direction. Cafés can also be found in Hartley, Mount Victoria, Blackheath, Oberon, and Lithgow—all within a 30-minute drive.
Will alcohol be provided?
Yes! We’ll be supplying beer and wine during the ceremony and reception. If you prefer spirits or mixed drinks, feel free to BYO your own drinks and esky to the reception. For the rest of the weekend, it’s BYO for all alcohol.
What's the set-up for the camping/glamping?
The ceremony, reception, and glamping/camping areas will all be located in the same paddock, so once you arrive, everything will be within easy walking distance. If you’re a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs, as the music from the reception may carry into the camping area. For those opting for glamping, all bedding and towels will be provided.
What about gifts?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, and we know that attending comes with it’s own costs, both big and small. So please don’t feel the need to give anything more, but for those who really insist, a wishing well will be by the door.
